Katie Masotti is a Soma® Certified Rapid Prompting Method (RPM) Provider located in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is the founder of Masotti RPM Support LLC and has been practicing RPM for 8 years. In the summer of 2019,Katie completed the HALO Clinic Internship where she worked alongside Soma Mukhopadhyay in Austin, Texas. Previously, she completed the four-day introductory training course at HALO in 2016. Katie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Moderate/Intensive Special Education from Xavier University in 2014. 


Prior to founding Masotti RPM Support, Katie taught special education in public school classrooms for five years. She implemented RPM and other supports in a variety of classroom settings and worked with a wide range of students. Katie maintains an active teaching license as she supports both individuals with autism, and all those interested in learning and practicing RPM. Katie is committed to providing engaging and meaningful learning opportunities for individuals with autism and other disorders through the use of RPM.


RPM was started by Soma Mukhopadhyay through her work with her own son with autism, Tito. RPM is a teaching methodology that focuses on presenting academically engaging content to the student. RPM utilizes all sensory channels in the learning process and works to address academics, communication, tolerance, and other skills within a lesson. Soma continues to provide RPM services to individuals all over the world and in her clinic located in Austin, Texas.
